Worst Hotel For World Cup!!! Beware

For those of you going to world cup this year and are in need of a Hotel please beware of Tropical Farms Funresort in kissimee, next to Old Town.
It is by far the worst place to stay. I booked a cottage for the week, according to there website they state how clean and nice they are. Well I went up there on another trip and saw the cottages, they are nasty , dirty and the staff are the most imcompetent I have ever had the displeasure to meet/talk to.

I cancelled my reservation according to there policies and now they are trying to charge me $50.00 for it. NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THAT. I have tried to call and they wont answer the phone, then I use another phone to call at the same time and they will answer that one. When I ask for a manager they give you the run around, and no one calls you back.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS **** HOLE!!!!!!!!!! spend your money where people will appreciate your patronage. Later

i am almost sure i had stayed there before the tv in are room had a hole in the screen and are beds where not even clean

Actually if you look at the good reviews there the ones that rented a premium cottage, not the other ones that the place offers. Let me tell you, there customer service is the worst I have encountered in many years. Go there if you want but I have found several places in the area that are much better either for the same price or even cheaper. Its up to you , youve been warned.

i bet if they gave each hk a free room and 70 bucks to stay there, theyd sell out there rooms, the tv's with broken holes will be considered agg lol

Believe it or not I stayed in this place twice.
The first time was about 10 yrs ago and everything was like new and clean.
The second time was about 5yrs later and I was like "what happed to this place?!"We checked out early, the morning before it was hit by hurricane Charley because I tought its not safe enough.Im soo thankfull that we did.
I cant imagine how this place looks like at the present.
