can someone give me a step by step lens removal directions with pictures cause I don't get the directions they give u... I want to check if they are thermal lenses...

There are clips on the inside of the mask, remove them and the lens comes right out.

Pull out the two pronged clip, push out the piece that the clip held in place, pull out the lens.
