pm8 trigger mod question

Hey guys i have a pm8 with stock board. The trigger is way too stiff. i know over time the microswitch will break in but is there any mod i can do to lighten the triggerpull. I have already taken the spring all the way out but the microswith is just too stiff. thanks for any help.

How is it stiff at all?

I have a pm8 with Critical trigger and magnet mods and its still a little too loose.

use the spring, back out the tension and make the activation at the end of the pull.

Don't know off the top of my head which switch Proto are using, but almost invariably the microswitches in high end markers have an activation weight of 25 or 80 grams. Even 80 grams is hardly a stiff trigger pull (and will help to combat bounce and reset the trigger quicker between pulls).

If your trigger is genuinely stiff, it sounds to me like something else must be going on other than the actual weight of your trigger pull.

Is the trigger rubbing against anything? Catching on any of the wires? Do the bearings need cleaning and oiling?
