MPS Event #5 – Top Gun Details

Format:
- Level 1 (L1) & Level 2 (L2) Top Gun*
- Level 3 (L3) Top Gun**
- Level 4 (L4) Top Gun**

*Levels 2 and 1 = Ramping Allowed w/ 15BPS Cap
**Levels 3 and 4 = Semi Only w/ 15BPS Cap
***Level 4 Restrictions = 1) Mechanical Marker and any hopper or 2) Gravity Fed Hopper with any marker (Either the marker or the hopper can have a battery but not both)

When:
- Saturday October 4th

Player Classifications/Restrictions:
- Refer to Player Classifications/Restrictions for MPS Events

Entry:
- $20 Per Player (You can pay the day of the tournament)

Paint (Event Paint Only):
- Event paint is defined as paint that is purchased from the Field THE DAY OF the tournament that you play
- Paint type and amount is based on availability from the manufacturer
- $55 Per Case
- $60 Per Case
- $65 Per Case (If Available)

Prizes:
- All prizes will be a Cash Payout.
- Amount of payout and to what place is based on # of players that compete
- Amount of cash payout will be announced at event

Times:
- Top Gun games will start immediately after L3 and L4 games. Approximate time is around 2pm

Register For This Top Gun Event:
- Each Player that competes in the Top Gun tournament must fill out a 2008 MPSID Form. That form can be found on the MPS Website
- Once a player has filled out their 2008 MPSID Form, their player profile will be posted on the TEAM DIRECTORY on the MPS Website
- If a player is not currently on a team they can put FREE AGENT for team name
- If you filled out a MPSID form already for a prior 2008 MPS Event, you DO NOT need to fill out a form again

Series Points:
- NO series points awarded for the Top Gun Event

from talk on wichitapaintball i would expect to see at least a couple of new l4 teams in the mix, and maybe even some l3 teams. should be a good turn out.
i'm expecting to see edge army reffing 3 man, not sure about 5 man yet. matte has some good experienced guys that i'm sure he may pull in to help out.

My team cant make it to this because of a scenario, but i still want to play this, so let me know if you need an extra player
im ranked Level 3, but practice with Level 2 teams, so can play etheir level 2 or 3.
Preference level 3 since it is cheaper.

I’m going to get caught up on everything this weekend… updating the front page of the MPS website, update the Current Standings from event #4, and send out the Kansas Paintball Newsletter.
