I do not know him i will ask Chino and see. There is a Joel Hernandez that owns Splat Attack in Miami.

yea, the name sounds weird, most likely the people in central america are being scamed or something like that, thats why im trying to find out, everyone in central america is saying that rage players are going to do a clinic in september over there....
