Hey Dan, how small is the viking? Judging from the size of the tank(45) and that the viking makes it look like a 68, I would think it's pretty damn small.

Well, since I've never held a excal I wouldn't know how big it is. I'm not trying to be a smartass I really have no idea how big they are. It's hard to compare size with pic.

No, the air passages run to different parts of the body on Excals. There will not be a way to upgrade this marker to an Excal.

Does it use the same grip frame as the excal? In that one pic from the cup, the gripframe looks really odd.

That's odd, because they use the same gripframe.

Wehehell now, looky looky, they decided to make a real gun instead of that blowback shizz eh? Might buy one, but it'll take a super gun to make me leave my bushy. Hmmm, what's the price estimated at instore? There's no way in hell i'll shoot something with that anno, so tell AKA to make it prettier. Does the trigger have tension control? My next marker fo sho, by choice or if i run the bushy to death.

The new Viking is 10 times better than the previous version. It is efficient, consistent, highly warranteed, and very dependable. I went to a local indoor field and played with the proto-type ant i rocked. The MSRP is $775, but who knows what stores will sell it for. As for the ano, you can order them raw and in the near future AKA will have custom stock anos. They did not design the gun with just you in mind, sorry. The trigger has 4 points of adjustment - over travel, front stop, firing point, and spring tension.

Also, as for the final price, I might end up doing a small order after they are released within the next couple weeks. I am currently doing an order of Excals here.

It is kind of hard to say what the efficiency was because the field we played at had a speed of 260, but I think we figured it to about 1600 shots or so out of a 68 3000 at 285. When the weather warms up a little here I will try to get some better numbers.

I believe he is the process of sorting and editing.

Sorry to dissapoint you dude but our team has five, One custom milled and anoded pewter, one red, one spiral milled black to purple fade (mine) and two black, milled like the Revenge cocker. All with Hyper frames, All built be AKA and I set all of them up with the frames, We are also sponsored by Centerflag as well as AKA, we got these to promote the new Viking before they decided to have their own electronics, I got larry the hyper frame he was going to use on the first Viking, flat like for the inferno, do you have that one? I saw Larry today, The vikings were in the wash and will be sent to be anoded today, should be back in a month, And I get one of the first ones, Ooooh I'm getting all excited just thinking about it, I'm going to get off of here and call my girl to help relieve this built up tension, I was in heaven today as I toured AKA's shop and saw everything in production. It was awesome.

Chappy, you met Sully today and probably didn't realize it. He was the elf chained to the bench, cranking out those Excaliburs.

Talking

How funny is that? He probably does have the extra one that our team didn't get. I showed the guns to JessicaSparks and Dan Reeves in St. Louis and Maddog Morgan took pics and everything and then we find outthat Larry decided to redesign the Viking. Oh well at least people new they were coming. I think it was a good move though. I can't wait to get mine. I think I've talked the guys on my team into considering those to replace their Defiants. They said they want to shoot mine first, We'll see what happens.
