virtue or tadao M8?

hi,

i have a marq6 and i want change my frenzy.

it is to have your opinions on a choice of board. between a tadao M8 or a virtue, wich board do you prefer? and why?

depends on what you shoot, semi=tadao ramp=id leave it alone imo
if you do get the tadao, spend the extra money for the oled screen and the grips, they are really nice!

having an oled screen makes such a difference, you dont even need a manual to change anything on it.

tadao m8 doesnt have an oled screen. thats the yakuza. Get the tadao m8 board. tadao has been making waay better boards than virtue lately, and virtue is just overpriced. their board costs the same if not more than the yakuza and doesnt do much for the gun. also, bob long guns were made in conjunction with tadao, so i would think its better to pick up the m8

Being somebody who swears by Virtue, I have to bite the bullet and say for a Marq you are better off with an up to date Tadao board. OLED is just an expensive add on to make it easier for people who don't like to count. It's not necessary.

The biggest difference between Tadao and Virtue on the Marqs is the 4C eye compatability. Virtue will plug into your 4C eyes, but it will not use all 4 eyes. It will only use the bottom two. Tadao however will use all 4, optimizing your recharge cycle in higher ROF. Is 4 eyes necessary too? Not really, but it's a nice feature. If you're using two eyes only and don't plan on upgrading to 4 eyes, it's personal preference. Each board has great eye logic and superb semi settings. Each board is flashed to the latest ROF caps so it doesn't matter on that end either. Both boards have just as many program options. After the 4C Eye compatiblitiy, only the cheater modes make the difference in each board. I don't plan on using cheater modes so those don't matter to me. To others it might. To some it might be a "gotta have" so they can film themselves wasting expensive paint to post here on nation. Who knows. Both boards for the Marq come ready to rock out of the box and are equally as reliable. 4C eyes, and cheater modes set each apart. I have Virtue in every gun that comes into my possession except for my Darq because I like the 4C eyes. Bob put Tadao boards in his guns because of that 4 eye compatability, not because one board is better than another. All boards are in the same price range with the exception of 7th element. A lot of people are misinformed when they sweat one company's nuts over another. Most all boards today offer the exact same features as everyone else at a comparable price. When you look at extra features like the OLED, that's when the board prices go up, etc.

I personally find that the Musashi 8 has a lot of useless stuff on it. So I think if you're going to go Tadao get a Yakuza as it's simpler & the OLED simplifies it further.

Virtue is good. But no 4 eyes if you care.

I'd hold off on the Yakuza until next season since I saw that next year is going to have USB compatibility. I'm a tech nut so I find that a more appealing factor.

Go with a Yakuza or M8. They give you the flexibility to utilize 4C eyes.

I totally agree with you, my marq came stock with a M8 but im Waiting to next season for the USB cable thingy and to have the OLED screen

Is it not going to be available until next season? I thought it would be more near World Cup. I too an considering a Yakuza with USB compatability for mine. I just don't want to wait until next season.
