wierd eye problem

okay so i bought a brand new mar6 from action center. ive noticed that whenever i put in a ball in the chamber, the light turns purple, but after one trigger pull the light flashes yellow. ive also seen a blue light flash and ive got the 2c eyes on it.(only happened one time and never again..) and then there was this one time where i didnt put a ball in the chamber and when i pressed down the trigger after a second later i heard a clicking noise.
are any of these normal? i need to play with this gun this weekend. please help me out
thanks

yellow means eye malfunction. meaning it didn't see the "ball" move and thinks that there's paint on the eyes. clean them, and if that doesn't help. check the stickies, there's a thread about a coating that leaked over the eyes on some of the boards. may just need to be scraped off.

i use a "q-tip" with some warm water on it. not dripping off, but kind of soaked in. if you have the coating problem, use a dentist pick to gently scrape the eyes clean. just don't gouge or scratch them.

Was your Marq aired up at the time? if so, then i have no clue, if it wasn't aired up then it sounds like you have your eyes set on delay mode. Most people will agree that you want your eyes set for Forced mode. Consult the manual in the sticky (or if one came with your Marq) on what the eye modes do and how to change them.

and tried cleaning the eyes but still has the same problem
when i stick my finger down the breach, it first turns purple, then i pull the trigger, then it turns yellow
but then the solenoid still clicks..is it still suppose to?

ive got a vice and its doing the same thing.. and it came just out of the box.. im pretty sure that its just because the ball isnt getting replaced so the eyes think that theres paint blocking them instead of a small time when the eyes are unjammed.. get some air and some paint.. lol i need to do this as well to c if my eyes arent screwed up.. btw my bet is just that u need some air

mym- Did you check your eyes? Is it missing the small eye on either one of the side? Because there's other thread right next to you are missing eye and he bought it from Action Center too.

Here is the pix that someone's marq eye is missing from Action Center week ago. If your Marq eye is like this, call BLAST.

To BLAST tech- One of you guys need to call Action Center to send their missing eyes to them and get the issue fixed.

Ok, since your eyes are still there. Best to send it to BLAST. Might have a bad wiring harness or bad batch of Marq.

ive read the other threads and theyve said that it flashes violet even with no paintball in the chamber
mine flashes green but whenever i stick my finger in there it turns violet and then i pull the trigger then it turns yellow
yea well ive got practice this weekend so ill probably just play with the eyes off and then send it to blast

the vibe isn't designed for the high rates of fire the marq can achieve.

try it with air first. finger in the breach almost always makes the board think there is an eye malfunction. when in eye malfunction mode the marq will default to a capped rate of fire (usually around 10 bps i believe)

As long as you have a fast loader you shouldn't have to many problems, but be prepared for the possibility of a ****ty day regardless.

edit: also use some caution with the eyes off. If you have the pillow bolt and dry fire to much, the pillow can weaken and eventually shoot out.
