^^^Both very valid points. I was really looking forward to playing together and having a fun day for a great cause. I did not think it was possible to turn away charity? I am still kinda in shock?

Nothing was intentional guys, I promise you we would not turn away any team if we didn't have to.
Event went good though.

Unfortunately we were just the host and the radio station that was promoting it had us have a cut off. (we actually took 15 extra people over what the cut-off was) this was not intentional on our part to exclude you it was based on a first come first serve paid players and we were not for sure you guys were coming until your email the day before. Unfortunately by then we did not have the spots available. We truly are sorry. We had to turn a few away at the door. I couldnt tell you why this year they had a cut-off but they did. Last year there wasnt a cut-off.

This is all fine and dandy. But more information on your flyer and maybe better communication with one of your accounts/customers might have made this alot more fun for all parties mentioned. If we needed to "pre-pay" that should have been mentioned back on AUGUST 20th when I posted we were coming. Your flyer did not require it.
I am not against you bringing us up a bunch of goodies to wipe away the tears when the 7man takes place. No field or business runs like a clock, thanks for the information. Good to know in the future.
