Try cocking the marker before screwing in the CO2, the valve might be open when you screw it in, letting the CO2 out.

Hmm let me guesss, valve spring? ha!

EDIT:
You know, the trilogy PRO has a low pressure valve... it wont function properly on high pressure air without a regulator...

ok so i still dont know whats going on. i put the valve spring back in and i'm still shooting blanks. i turned the velocity all the way in all the way out and everwhere in between. just when i decieded to give up i was wasting gas and suddenly it sounded different so i decided to throw some paint through it and it game me 3 good shots before i was outta co2 then went to crap again. so my conclusion is i know it can work so tomorrow i'm gunna reattach my reg and tank and see what happens. anymore advise as to troubleshooting what is goin on?

Low pressure valves need regulators to work!

Yeeep! The most straight forward way would be to buy this:
http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/cart/i...roducts_id=908 (trilogy's use regular cocker valves, right?? )

Buying a trilogy SPORT or pre 2000 Cocker valves allegedly works too.

You could put it into the asa... But you'd be getting CRAP efficiency! Remember, the shortest path the the valve for 12g's

You don't need to buy a new valve. What you need to do is learn how to spring your gun. It needs to be sprung differently to run on direct unregulated co2.

Well, since it's a Trilogy, that's going to be more difficult than any other Cocker-based platform. The springs are different inside.

I would reccommend getting one of the other styles of Trilogy, or to simply request (from JT/VL/K2) a spring set from one of the Comps or Sports.

If there is a Trilogy spring kit. I guess I haven't heard of one, but it may exist.
