Thanks for the comment. Will definitely look into the case and the other bore size.

I have been using the barrel for a couple years now. It is still my choice of barrel over all others.

I own two. Just wish they made 12'' barrels. Maybe sometime.

Avoid e-paintball if you can. Nothing but problems. So I got my furious, absolutely love it. Loaned it to a buddy of mine and he fell in love with it as well. So I sold him mine and bought another for myself in 16". Take my shiny new furious with its .679 back out to the field, and guess what. New field paint that equal rollouts. Any chance of making a smaller than .679 back, us cocker shooters would be very happy.

So cool that the ceo reads up on his product. Love your barrels, don't want to shoot anything else. Need a smaller back please, pretty please.

leathalh, we are serious about our barrels so every bit of feedback, good or bad is precious to us. Thanks for using our barrels and let's see what we can do about manufacturing a smaller back

The original poster has the weight of the Deadlywind Fibur barrel grossly wrong. He lists it at 94.6 grams w/o insert.
The 14" Fibur I just weighed came in at 59 grams w/o insert, and 73 grams with a 0.689" insert. That's just the only thing I can check here-- what else in his post is incorrect?

Original post was made in 2008 there's a possibility design could have changed.

Heh anything is possible, but the samples I have from the Deadlywind Fibur production are all within ~5 grams of each other (only slight tweaks to the CF since the Whisper in 2006), so highly improbable the weight was that far wrong. The OP is still active on PBN, Perhaps he should come in and defend his facts.

Does that include a steel insert?
