Leaking Super Stocker

Well I picked up a Super Stocker a while ago and unfortunately didn't get the chance to take it out until recently. Turns out there's a leak down the barrel. First guess is the cup seal. Here's a picture of the valve assembly. I plan on calling Palmer's when I get a chance to order a new one, just wondering if anyone's experienced this problem due to something else or if there's something noticeably wrong here. Thanks.

First rule of Palmer's: Don't take it apart.
Second rule of Palmer's: Don't take it apart.

You're probably Ok since it's a SS though

Could be the cup seal, or the o-ring that goes in the middle section of the valve. I suppose it could also be your main spring is too strong and is pushing the hammer against the valve pin slightly, opening it a smidge and letting it leak.

Really I'd just put it back together and try oiling the hell out of the valve. Make sure you have it oriented with the hole going up, as well. Palmer's brass love them some warm water baths and don't mind some oil either.

My first advice would be to clean and oil the internals and reassemble.

Your leak may have been caused by some debris.

I had the same problem last night and this fixed it.

For future use, for a leak down the barrel submerge the gun in the bathtub until the bubbles stop coming out, then put in a 12g and fire it underwater a half dozen times, bring it out of the water and dry fire it to get the water out. Then put a healthy dose of oil in the ASA and dry fire another 12g.

It can clear debris thats keeping the valve from sealing.

Well the o-ring fixed the valve problem, unfortunately it is now leaking out the bottom tube where the pump handle is. There doesn't seem to be a good way to get the vert. asa off or any other parts out of the body. I'm going to try calling again tomorrow when the open, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any suggestions. Thanks.
