PIMP GHETTO Board

hi i have an evil pimp and i was wondering how to turn the board to semi. I currently have it on ramping and tried to reset the board by holding it in for 20 seconds. It does not reset after i did that.

Hold down the trigger and turn on the pimp and keep holding the trigger for about 4 seconds until the light flashes from orange to red. After that pull the trigger until the light flashes from red to green. Once you see this push the bottom dwell button two or three times (go with three it won't hurt anything and I can't exactly remember) and you will now be in semi.

Do the same thing as I posted before only pull the trigger until the led flashes orange to green. Once you see this hold the top dwell button until the led is a solid orange and that will uncap the board.

oh i have one more question to bother you. I turned down the ETS all the way and turned up to the max with the Rate of fire(eyes off) and the (eyes on). Does that mean that it can 35 bps now?

With the eyes turned on the board is uncapped which means it will shoot faster than any loader can feed it. Persoanlly I would just leave the eyes on unless they are malfunctioning.

That should work fine unless you wanted to upgrade. I prefer the halo over the egg because it is smaller it isn't so funny looking. They both feed roughly about the same bps but the halo does have a little bit of an edge over the egg.

well i bought a stock pimp about 2 months ago so i really dont know much about it. I was thinking about changing the trigger? I found a critical trigger for $20. What kind of trigger would you recommend?

I've never used the critical trigger but I have heard good things about it. Persoanlly I use the evil double trigger. Either way you can't really go wrong but I would look into the larger trigger frame if you can find one because once you have a different trigger in the stock frame space can become an issue if you have larger hands.

Yea, I have a TBO trigger on my Blue Pimp.

It has a smaller frame, which makes it uncomfortable. Stock trigger on a smaller frame is fine.

Only reason I haven't replaced the frame is because the smaller one is cut for QEV's.

New frames are available for around $30 on eBay. Then the Evil Double Triggers are available for around $10.

ok i dont think that the trigger frame is going to affect me because i am only 15 and my hands are not that big. I saw the critical trigger on the pimp on youtube and I really like it. Heres the link. Tell me if you guys like it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S59GIZOw3qk

I remember seeing that from awhile back, I think bps or racer had one and they seemed to like it. Also from the way they shaped the trigger it fits the smaller frame much better than others. I think that should work fine for you.

OT: Ryan did you buy racer's pimp or did you do the qev mod yourself? I thought about doing it to mine but I figured that the gains from it weren't worth the time and effort it would take to cut the frame.

I had a few Critical triggers. They were nice, dual bearings. I use that/TBO/Evil Blade in my Pimps.

Haywood - Believe it or not, it was Evil Baller's. He was close friends with Racer. For some odd reason, he gutted it.

Racer gave the body and frame to me for free! With the Detent mod and everything!

I then Pimped it out.

I'm having another Pimp I have milled now.

wow sounds like you got a deal from racer. I'm having my 03 viking milled right now but the wait time is rediculous (~3 months)

Hahaha. Actually I was selling him a Cocker Pipe Kit and he saw I had a bunch of Pimp parts and offered it to me.

I shouldn't have said milled, it's actually being cut for QEV's. Got a nice price and a very quick turnaround. (Works done a few days after it arrived.)
