Customer service went downhill once DP was bought out by Amazone. Before that, their customer service department was an industry leader. The last gun released by DP under the old management was the Rev-I, and the rest have all been under Amazone (or so I believe). As far as the G3 being "bad" I'm not going to even start, not worth it man.
Anyways, it's not like Dye or Planet Eclipse has never had any problems...*cough-Nt-cough-Geo-cough-Ego 09-cough*
Edit: And yes, Hostile is run by the former DP upper management and from the contact I've had so far with their sales Reps without even having the Rogue in my possession I am extremely impressed with their dedication. It would be foolish and ignorant of you to count Hostile out simply because of a bad experience you had with DP; things happen with every company.
