Use an aka or jackel body. That would be sweet. LP sniper. for the inline(with either body choice) a sidewinder fits the job great.

chipleys machine shop can hook you up I think. anyway why wouldnt it fit? pump are does all the hook up stuff where the front block used to go. Arm through arm groove. connects to back block. Maybe on the merlins it wont work.

the merlin mini's and sniper 3 bodies need a sniper 3 pump kit(pump grip around the barrel). I don't think WGP makes them anymore. Chipleys makes an undercocking pump kit for the mini bodies for about $100

You forgot to put down a cocking rod. You'll need that.
Also, the cupseal will come with the valve, its not a seperate part you have to purchase.
Your one of the first people I've seen who remembered to put in the sear pin.....that often forgotten about but very important peice.

I think one of you already said this but...
How can I convert my sniper 3 to a sniper 2? (So the Pump isnt around the barrel) And what would be a good upgrade besides a barrel to the stock gun? I just got a new sniper 3 for x-mas : )

paintballjuvenile> A sniper 3 pump arm with a sniper 2 pump handle and guide would do it. You would of course have to find a way to get air to the valve though (drill and tap a hole into the valve chamber).

You can't put a pump kit on a merlin. The valve screw on it is designed differently. The hole is huge, and the screw holds in the valve and valve spring. You would have to use a specially designed piece.

You'll need an asa with a hole for the timing rod, a front block and pnuematics, and a grip frame with a trigger plate with the hole for the timing rod.

If I were building a custom Sniper 2 I would use an Air America or FireballMountain body as the base. They're up to 2K+ specs and have LP-width internal chambers and take normal 2000+ pump kits. Best of all, they both have angel-threaded vertical feeds, which means you could use an Action Markers stock-class horizontal feed system and be able to play SC games. You'll see these bodies all the time on eBay, but most of them are unanodized.

Yep. The only difference is the length of the guides, and if you buy them as complete guns they're going to come with different backblock and bolt sizes, but those are still interchangable.
Turning a 98 body might be a good idea if you already have a 98 body and know of a local airsmith who will do it for $20 or less, but if you're wanting a 2K+ spec body you might as well just go and get one.

Pump Kits WGP and CCM (chipley)
Hi All,
Anyone interested in Pump kits for the Sniper II in both pre or post 2k configurations are welcome to email me or post here. We host local Pump Games regularly and I convert Autococker owners to Pump and back for the events.
I've got Chipley Pump kits in chrome and black as well as Worr Game kits.
Gorilla Paintball
Not intended as spam, but Worr Games refers alot of Pump related calls to us which leads me to believe that we are still a rare breed.
I'm also happy to answer any technical questions regarding the Worr game Pumps as I own two and maintain many for customers.
Thanks,
SplatDoctor

Since you seem to be the pump experts let me ask you . I have Jackal RDL (basically a minicocker) that I would like to convert into a pump. I called CCM and they said that unfortunately that the pump kit that they have for the mincocker will not fit the newer (2K+) bodies. I then called another p-ball shop and they said that I would have to fabricate and modify things to get the kit to fit. Basically I want a pump kit that will allow me to still have a vertical ASA (for an inline reg) and also I would prefer an under the barrell cocking system (not the ones where the barrell has to go through the pump)
Thanks
Any info at all would be appreciated.

MiniCocker Pump 2k
Hi,
I believe I saw that question in another thread and thought long and hard about your alternatives. I didn't reply because you are in a bit of a predicament. I own a 98 minicocker pump, and have a CCM kit on it. John is the most correct when he talks about a bushing to change the bolt size or make a bushing that will allow the small post to seal in the larger hole. Unfortunately, I believe your trying to do it without spending much if any money. That's a hard one to solve since, the CCM kit is around $80 retail and is your closest solution. To be honest with you, I have a Sniper II and a Sniper III and don't notice the difference in weight and size like I would with a Semi version of the same gun. MY suggestion, for what it's worth to you, would be to keep your Minicocker that you enjoy, in it's pristene condition as an Autococker, and be on the look out for a tired Side feed 2k cocker to convert to pump. They are a dime a dozen now since everybody insists on Vert feed (ridiculous for a pump). You should be able to pick one up in beat up condition for about $150 to $250 and convert to pump with another $25 (WGP) or $70 (CCM). If your interested, we've got a 2k3 red milled vert feed Sniper II pump that's seen one game day for $225 complete right now.
Gorilla Paintball
I know that's not what you want to hear, but probably your best solution. Converting back and forth from Auto to Pump is a bit of a hassle and most people tire of it quickly and shop for a complete pump anyway. Just trying to help you cut out the middle man. If you insist on doing it your way, John from CCM has the best solution and the best pumpkits out there bar none.
Hope I helped,
SplatDoctor
