Fort Adobe paintball - Phoenix, AZ Area
Paid $25 bucks for 3 hours of night play, which only had one field 5 on 5 games and there were over 20 people trying to play..
No idea how much paint was and air was included in admission. Reffs or rather.. Reff, didn't care about chronoing, paint checking nor safety speech.

I tend to agree. This is going to be of interest as long as people are playing paintball. People tend to gripe a lot about costs, but the truth is ... except for a few isolated cases of price gouging, most players don't realize how good they have it. It's all a matter of perspective.

My usual field is 60 a case and then 15 for entry (without rental).

When I go to pevs for me its like 25 for entry and all day air and then 80 for a case.

Both are field paint only.

$39.99 all day play/air/gun (even if you have your own stuff). And you must use their paint at $80/case.

There's a field in Quebec, Canada that charges, no joke, $240 a case. If you pay $150 for a one year membership, it's only $120 a case, still ridiculous. And thats cheap paint. Entry is $40, 10 if your a member.

The most expensive places I've played weren't actually overpriced. They were worth it.

However, I have played at some average priced places that just didn't put forth much effort. Most of those have gone out of business though.

My local field is normally $30 air/entry and paint is whatever you want (Unless a tourney). For the summer months they do free entry/air with the purchase of a case of paint, def can't complain.

Their Paint Prices:
Heat: $45
Premium: $50?
Marballizer: $60

Jeeeezus just by buying that one year membership you save the same amount of money as you spent on it going 1 time. I could never imagine paying 300 bucks for entry and air and a case. That's insane!

Is that Bigfoot paintball? Expensive yes, but they also specialize in creating a big movie style combat scenario on a very big field.

Not really a place to go every weekend. It makes its money on people who only play once a year or so...

Quality has been either on the lower end or spot on at times

$39.99 Entry & Air (same price as rentals or those with your own stuff)
$80.00 Case (FPO)

A bit overpriced compared to many fields in the area (Quickshot, OTP, AllStarPB), though not as bad as some fields mentioned here.

I posted that before, but didn't post the name. They are a bit expensive, but yea... nothing like what the other guys have said here. To be fair, I love playing on their Alamo field, and consider it to be worth the price especially with the right group.

Skirmish in Albrightsville, PA. Went there to play once when I was just getting into paintball.

$30 to get in (w/ or w/o rental gear) $99 per case, FPO.

Yea, no bueno!

Agreed, I do enjoy the Alamo field as well. The entry price I can easily get over, but the $20 extra for a case still sits at the back of my mind. Probably better for me anyway, gives me more incentive to conserve paint. And I also agree that given the right group, the day just seems worth it.

I can see now why you left out the field name, doesn't seem that fair considering the prices and quality mentioned elsewhere on this thread.

I will agree with you, I got lucky in getting a membership for free when I organised a game for the office, but if I were to play there again NEVER.

Way too expensive, anything to make a buck off the entry player, refs and group organisers who stretch out your breaks and some seriously long walks to and from fields. Ohh did I forget to mention one of the worst places to play after a rainfall.

Since then I have never returned.

Another reason why some of us are slowly transitioning to the Province of Ontario, a little further but at least the price of the paint is between 50-75$ a case once your a member.
