freestyle-framed ion
So I got really bored with my ion....like most of my guns, and decided to go and **** it up. The new fad is to put a new frame on a gun, and I hate Smart Parts' trigger thought process, and loved my freestyle's. I thought to myself, "Will this work? Probably not. Let's do it!" So I did. I didn't expect it to work at all, so I didn't take step by step pictures  It does work though, and quite nicely I must say. I took it out for the first time last weekend and the trigger performs flawlessly. Before anyone *****es, I know it's rough as hell. I never sanded or filed it. Just a rough dremel hackjob with a cutting wheel. And personally I don't care about looks (I still have the stock body for God's sake). I know, it has a gaping hole in the back. Tape fixes that..
And now for the sex (if you're into fatties, bondage, or the like I guess...  )

Freestyles really aren't worth much anyways, plus it looks pretty sweet IMO.

saw the new pics, that clamshell has to make it easier to work on, and nice job on blending the VA into the frame, i wouldnt have thought of that.
