ok just got my marq
when i try to check what its capped at for bps by turn dipswitch 3 on then turn on board which is spose to make it flash current pbs. it never stops blinking, does that mean uncapped? and does it flash the actual bps or the number of trigger clicks you used to set it
this means when i try to set the cap for bps (before you set it it flashes current cap bps)i cant do it because it never stops flashing the current bps
for the above i am referring to the frenzy manual off bob's site
also on the frenzy manual it says to cap at 15 bps you have to turn dipswitch 3 on, hold down trigger until led turns white, then it will flash current bps, then you program bps with trigger pulls(5 for 15). but in the quick start guide on here it says just to turn dipswitch 3 on to cap at 15. which is the correct way?
also what do the two screws on the trigger do?
for the gear drive asa how many turns would you suggest to get good flow
and other than the fact that i am 99% sure it is, is dow33 ok to use although i know dow55 is better?
i dont know about the first one, but the quick start guide is for the stock board, not the 3.0.
the top screw on the stock trigger is the activation point.(the pin that hits the microswitch and makes the gun shoot) the bottom one is the post travel screw( it stops the trigger from moving further)
i do not own a gear drive so i cant help you
dow 33 is fine but i would reccomend picking up some 55, it is fairly cheap so i dont think you are using 33 just because you cant afford to buy more lube..
