Contacting BLAST
When you send your gun to BLAST do you have to email them first or can you just send the marker in to be fixed/teched?

If you send it to them make sure and include a letter saying what is wrong with your gun.

ya i had a problem with my vice
you can just send it in and include a letter, they fixed my gun the same day it got there

i just have two more questions
how long do u think it is going to take to get it back?
and
do i have to ship them any money to get it fixed?

They will take a CC over the phone, so no you shouldn't have to send any money.

i usually get it back within a week/week and a half. and if you need to pay they will give you a jingle and tell you about it

Don't mean to sound intrusive since it's not my thread,
but do you have to pay all shipping expenses? Not only for just sending your Marq over to their factory, but for buying products as well? I live in Canada so the shipping is a bit different from what I understand.
