I emailed BLAST about a week ago about getting a replacement bolt head because the pillow fell off my pillow bolt, and I was just wondering when I would be getting a reply. I emailed them at

Also, balls wont feed into my breach because of what appears to be the bolt sticking out to far, so its blocking the opening from the feedneck. Do i just unscrew the screw on the backcap? Thats what someone told me, but it hasnt done anything.
