I found something quite ironic...

Gibson's are good guitars but cost a hell of a lot. ESP makes solid instruments as well. Fender is terrible (for the music I play).

An ESP Eclipse is going to be my next guitar for sure. Looks like a LP, but has far better electronics for a much better price.

Sell that beast..

I play diatonic because I don't really have a need for Chromatic.. I play bluesy in second position..

Same with guitars, I play bluesy stuff.

That's what I've been telling my parents! It'd be 100% profit since it came free with the house!

I just want to learn how to play harmonica well. Where/how should I start off?

Learn to play single notes, single most important part of playing harmonica.. Once you get that down, learn to bend notes.

I use the pucker technique, but if you can do it, tongue-block, octaves and chords will be easier for you later on, but bending is harder.

Perhaps not "garbage", but certainly not worth what they sell them at. Taylor, Martin, Larrivee...hell, I think I build better guitars than Gibson. I just never thought Gibsons represented a full tonal range like their price suggests they should.

I want to build an electric guitar with no power tools.. Other than cutting the main shape.

That would be epic..

And maybe a drill..

The acoustics I've built weren't made with any power tools.

Yea, but acoustics are made from thin sheets of wood, not one big hunk carved into a shape with holes in it..

And lol @ me breaking up this chick and her BF.. He was saying she constantly fights with him etc and I told him to just break up with her, and he said he's thought about it but she'd probably hunt him down and kill him.. I told him she'd get over it.. Lawl.

Acoustic guitars have necks too, you know. There's also a level of precision that exists in building acoustic guitars that just doesn't exist when you're building electrics.
