I wasj ust wondering if you could explain how exactly it works? I pretty much just selected randomly last time? Do you have to get every match correct to do well/win? or is it just as many as you can?

No, not at all.

The Pick'Em just gives you a chance to view all of the games and see how the teams will correctly match up at ChiO. You might think that one team has an "easier" draw that another and can advance further.

So, instead of just randomly picking the Top 4 Teams, you can see how the event will run.
(Simply a more educated way to guess. )

When the event is over I just work backwards, by seeing how many people got #1 correct, then #2, then #3,....until we have a winner.

I believe the likelihood of two people picking the exact same 12 in identical finishing order is 1,273,443,576 to 1.
(I so just made that up).
