Make sure the bolt o-rings aren't rolling out of the grooves on the bolt, and consequently pinching inside the breech.

Need help with the reg. I cannot unscrew the two halves. I've tried wrenches on either side and every other manual trick I've heard of, it simply will not budge. I'm not sure if the previous owner may have put loctite or some other substance. Any help would be great. Regulator is CP also.

did you try heating it up with a hair dryer? that should help loosen the loctite seal if there is on - but then I'd rebuild everything inside with new o-rings.

Not really a problem, more of a question that didn't need it's own thread.
Do you have to glue down the center poppet oring on 4th gen poppets or am I okay with the brass poppet and dow55 on the orings?

You can also go to Sears and get an easy-out that should do the trick.

2 problems with Infamous Timmy.
1- Sometimes when I rip on it, the bolt will cycle, but seems like the valve will stay open, dumping air and paint down the barrel until I push the bolt forward to hit the valve and close it, then its fine again, and wont do it again for a few games, then does it again.
2- Air pressure- the LPR pressure is set around 50 psi, which I feel is pretty low. But if I move it any higher, it shoots high 300's. Should I use the CP reg to adjust my velocity or my lpr? (I know that might sound pretty retarded but I havnt been playing paintball for the past 3 years).
I think the valve sticking open is probably just the poppit or something from all the answers I just dont remember how to get it out.

Has anyone ever had their poppit spring break? It's the brass poppit if that matters. It definitely doesn't look like someone snipped it. It's just flat out broken.
In addition to that problem, I can't get out my LPR piston. I've pushed on it to pivot it out and that doesn't work. I've also tried to push it out from the back and that didn't work.
Oh, and my on/off is currently an on. It looks like a BL gear drive. Any ideas on why the pin isn't moving back?

There are hoses inside your trigger frame that run from your LPR to you selenoid to your rammer. Check to see if they are pinched or kinked which would restrict air flow
This is in the stickys on how to properly adjust your LPR and HPR
