A final update, I finally received my markers back yesterday . . . I think they should communicate with their customers quite a bit better. For instance, I sent one of those stupid forms to check the status last week and was given the generic "They will be done next" then received an email the next day stating they had been completed for over 3 weeks and werent able to get ahold of me . . . i have and have only had 1 Email address for the last 7 years, not to mention they have my phone number. No contact was attempted. I paid the amount and heard nothing so I inquired again as to what was going on and received "you mean you havent received them yet? I will check on it" and finally "Oh, they will ship tomorrow" No tracking number, nothing. I unfortunately didnt have an air, so i am just going to trust they were actually fixed and sell them. I cant have service issues like this unfortunately.
