Any one read 'State of Fear'

I've never taken "global warming" seriously. Sure humans are creating polution, but I just don't believe we have as strong an influence on the all the aspects of our environment as some would have you believe.

So, just curious if any one has read it. It's a great book and cites some real world studies that contradict this global warming rubbish. It's just a scare tactic if you ask me!

In Crichton's defense, he did do his homework on the subject and did appear before Congress concerning the situation.

However, I hold it to be an entertaining work of fiction more than anything.
