I was thinking on permanentaly dyeing my cheap JT mask which is currently black any ideas? (also would an of you know how to mod a fan onto a mask?

you cannot dye any color of black on a mask, although you can paint it

You need to paint it unless you melt down more plastic and use your mask to create a mold, then you can dye it.

Anyway, you can make a cheap fan by finding an old computer, taking the fan out of that, taking a chapstick tube, putting the battery in there, and you're done. My friend's dad did this back before fans were available, and it was actually just as compact the way he set it up, if not more compact.
