This is what happened,
My friend, runtmadnessballa09 traded his NXT shocker for predator17's DM4 and quest.

My friend didnt recieve the guns and PM'd him and he kept on getting excuses from predator17. Predator17 said he would send the gun back and stuff, but here he trys to sell it

BUT, now i searched his name a few days ago and he is trying to sell it for $300 in the WTB threads.

I will think of a reward for anyone who helps out/catches the person.

I just want my friend to have a gun again. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you contacted the local police?

Have you filed an online complaint with the internet division of the FBI?

Did you have contact info before the sale (address, phone) to speak with his parents and send a certified letter?

Please do the above fixes before enlisting vigilante justice, although I would be tempted to go over to his house myself if it happened to me.

Again, contact the police. This is mail fraud, a felony and a serious offense.

The other buyer will probably not be able to do much except provide info. Imagine if you legitimately paid for a gun, and then someone comes up to you and tells you that the gun was scammed off of another member. All that does is shift the victim without getting at the heart of the problem. Additionally, if the other buyer received the item, there is little they can do to stop payment, AFAIK.

hey i have returned his gun a WHILE ago. i did bnot post those threads with the shocker selling and what not. someone had my acct password and started posting that.
i am not a thief, criminal, or whatever you want to call it. if the gun is not back by this week, i will refund the money (usps will have to if they lost the package, i got insurance.)
they also said they will email me a tracking #. i had no time to get on my cpu to reply but i could see the msgs on my phone, cant reply on it though.

please stop bashing me and my reputation.
i have never scammed nobody.

contact the RI police.. because you have his name.. you could find his address, and print out the information stating that who was going to get what from the transaction.. and i guarantee that they will be willing to help your friend out

Whichever way this turns out you need to remove his personal info from the original post. Handing it out im PMs is one thing but posting it is another and I believe it's againt the TOS. That being said I it works out for the better.

update:

talking to him on AIM
we have an agreement. he will send me a money order by Friday. I will wait a couple days after that because of the mail travel. I will give an update later
