breathing in grillz

anyone else find it alot harder to breath in a grill than other masks? I mean the difference between my flex and grill is rediculous. Even the profilers and old invisions had alot better ventilation IMO, thoughts?

I went from i3's to grills, then i also bought a flex. Yes i noticed its easier in flex's to breath then the grills. But not once have i ever had problems with it.
Maybe its just me controlling my breathing but I've never had problems with breathing in any of my masks.

going from a flex to a grill i kinda get what your saying, flex's are like breathing with nothing in front of your mouth whereas i notice that i almost feel my breath bouncing back when i exhale heavily with the grillz. I havent noticed it at all on the field though so id say its not too big of a problem.

I don't have any trouble breathing in my grill at all. I agree the flex is easier to breathe in, but I don't think it affects me in any way. I don't feel uncomfortable at all. What I'd have to disagree with is that you said old invisions and profilers were better. I own invisions as well, and compared to them, the grill is much better imo. I've worn profilers before, and although similar I would still pick the grill for breathing. I guess it all depends on how your face sits in the mask, and your breathing pattern (like how hard you are breathing after running and such)

The grill seems to echo my breathing. This is what you may think is heavy breathing.
