What's the difference?

flashed tadao is the WAS board flashed with tadao logic

it has pretty much the same settings (but with tadao software) as the WAS just different colors for settings

so a tadao flash has the same settngs as the stock was board?

basically

your paying for tadao eye logic ... which is a little better than the WAS

though you should never have any problems with the WAS ... its just best to think of the tadao flash as leaving you more leeway for programming error

The actual Tadao board has a few more added features, training mode, more psp ramping modes, G mode, breakout and such. Also the faster boot up sequence feature (turns marker on faster and turns eyes on/off faster). Your getting all the Tadao options and modes with the actual Tadao board instead of what the WAS setting were with the Tadao eye logic added.
