actually lightly do all of them. There is actually one inbetween the bolt and the bolt guide tward the back. Most people never even notice that one. Then you want to keep the ones that keep the seal against the body of the gun to keep them from getting old too fast.

funny thing is when i over lube the bolt guide i have to lower my op pressure, to get the same fps. im using dow33, i have a v2 and spring kit but cant use it as im having probs with brittle paint. setup right now is, stock spring and bolt(overlubed bolt guide), 140psi(if lightly lubed 160 psi), 28 dwell, back cap 1/2 turn from flush, shooting 285 fps. v2 was 140psi(again overlubed), v2 and blue spring, 15 dwell, backcap flush, 285fps.

probley off subject sorry guys

you're not even suppose to be running that low of a pressure with the stock parts....and just use the recommended settings that NDZ told you and continue tuning from there

Why am i not "susposed" to run tho's settings with stock parts? works excellent for me and i dont have a problem breaking paint, i can shoot all of my 7 pods plus a hopper on one fill(68/45). i see no negtives, soft face really helps with brittle paint.

ps im thinking about selling my v2 and spring kit, maby trade it for gear

Small Leak in Barrel

So I took my mini apart the other night and cleaned it. It was dirty so it needed it. And then put this tube I had left over from my Angel. It's thick like DOW33 so i figured it should be ok. I have a little leak coming from the barrel/feed neck. I took it apart again and checked it over.. Still same thing.. So I replaced all the orings that I had extra's from. It fires fine.. just not sealing up somewhere. I checked the spring and snaps in like it should. I'm going to get a full ring kit tomorrow and do it over again. But if it's just sitting there.. what rings would be leaking out the front of the bolt. I figured if it were the two big ones in the back it would be leaking there. Ideas?

Did you try resetting poppet? If not, screw your back cap all the way in and see if the leak stops and then turn it out 3/4 of a turn then check the velocity.

MaxOC, does this mean that you don't like using Hater Sauce for the Mini? I'm getting a used Mini this week, and before doing anything, I wanted to lube it. They only had Hater Sauce at the PB shop, so that's what I bought. Should I not use that, and get some Dow 33?

Do not use oil. Ever.

Use a dow 33 based lubricant.
