Well, I have been reffing for 17 years and have been Tournament or Field Ultimate for the last 15.

Reffed PSP since 2004, all over Europe, Guam and Malaysia and others, we have been doing our own ref course since 97.

When Refs with the stature and eminence of Boogpro say you have made the grade, consider yourself qualified.

Been Reffing for 21 years. Judged the first two world cups, probably over 200 hundred local torneys, some where around 20 or so big games as a shift judge lead and even did some time at ION Skirmish in the moguls . Years and years of field judging and a few as head Judge. Worked for Survival New York, NPPL, PSP, Advantage Paintball, Pev,s, Cousins, Skirmish and if asked most anywhere I feel needed. I ref woodsball at Boss Paintball in Locust NC. As a sponsored team Boss Companies obligation is to ref. Along with reffing we have to take at least one new walk on the day we ref and try to help them get accustomed to playing, as well as give them pointers on the field such as stay behind cover or try to move behind that bunker etc. It reminds me of a big brother program.
