T1 board issues

For some reason, the LCD is very troublesome. When I got the gun, the display was all messed up and only a fraction of the pixels would show. After cleaning it, it started to work again but as soon as I put it back in the gun, it went back to its old ways.

What are my options?

check to see if the wires are being pinched. Also, try changing out the battery.

The problem isn't in any of the wires, it's down to either the board or the gels that attach the screen to the board.

So I've set my board up with a few LED's to display basic functions, I've got an on/off, a button depression indicator (covers both buttons) and a safe mode indicator. Does any one know how I can make an indicator for ROF, shot counter, timer or Dwell adjustments? I mainly only need Dwell adjustments.
