For soccer We have a rope ladder we lay on the ground and do a series of different patterns through it. Football teams also do the same. This increases foot speed a lot.

First are you trying to be more agile, as in change direction quickly, or do you simply want to run straight very fast.
for agility try: ladders as described, or any cone running, direction changing drill
for speed: sprint, sprint, sprint, then add sled pulls, box jumps, and squats.

For fast twitch agility etc. --> five dot drill
You spray paint/mark 5 dots on the ground like a square with one dot in the center, making the square approximately two times as wide as your regular stance and two times as long as a normal stride. Then you start on one of the dots and hop around to all of them, then go from both to center to both on other side etc. I don't want to list all the possibilities, but they are endless and will get you moving.
For slow twitch endurance, just do timed training at about 60-100% varying effort on spin bikes, ergs, treadmills, and other general cardio workouts. These should be done for around 30-45 minute increments depending on your fitness level and if you are competing at a national/really high level you might want to step it up to an hour or more.
Every sunday I bike for about 4 hours, and do a spin cycle for an hour on tuesdays and thursdays, hour and a half erg on mondays and wednesdays.
