I'm taking a stab at a manufactorer has finally made a board that doesn't need anything else...

The reason its a "Luxe" gun is because you don't need anything else on it. (guessing) for this design, its as good as you can get. or close to it.

Why not just have one whole side of the grip a soft membrane keyboard too? Why pull the trigger to set your marker when you could just type it in? Then you could send texts via bluetooth connectivity during a game.

so phones have been put into almost everything... im calling soon a paintball gun will be a phone, with a camera, and full qwerty type board thingy. you will be able to snap a picture, then type, i just shot that guy, and send it to a buddy in a different game.

they should sell a separate thing thats a headphone with only one ear so that you could hear everything on the field and on the gun. it could just plug into the back of the gun above were you hold.

Headphone jacks are so 2002. Bluetooth 2.0 would be the way to go. Could have a custom chip with 3 way at once connectivity. Marker, cell phone, and stereo mp3 controls on one headset.......
