The first band I ever got really into was The Red Hot Chili Peppers. I still love em, but mostly their older music. I do really enjoy a select few songs from their newest albums though.

it wasnt a band or artist neccessarily. it was a backup dancer in one of janet jacksons music videos that really got me thinkin. hey. i like this whole music idea.
