Sorry to resurrect this thread. Got to talking with my dad, trying to strike a bit of a payment contract of sorts. Out of things suggested in this thread, I'm really digging this one, in Honey Blond:

Not sure. The rosewood compliments the Honey Blond well, however, I have always been a fan of a nice maple fretboard.

I can't find a pic of the one I want with the maple on it though. That would really help me decide.
