If you listen to The Devil Wears Prada, then you have a lot to learn.

i listen to like 3 of their songs? and they all have like 3 plays on itunes - showing how much i do listen to them. they are just on the weight room cd i have, so i enjoy them for getting pumped up.

and yes, i probably could teach people about music. but you are probably like every other person i meet, and think alternative music is gay, emo, *****ing about their problems music.

but please, correct me if i'm wrong.

Do you mean alternative as in the genre, or the alternative to what I listen to? Because if you mean the latter, you're definitely wrong. My music tastes are wide spread, but I can guarantee you that anything emo/screamo etc... is absolute trash.

same here on music taste. back in the day i used to think i was a straight up g, so i listened to rap constantly. now i've completely switched gears to alternative rock / electronica / screamo. random much, i know.

but i'm talking alternative, as in the genre. bands like mayday parade, all time low, every avenue, cute is what we aim for, etc.

......... You mean pop?

And that's not a very broad range in music. Electronica does not take nearly as much talent as many other genres of music. Screamo is ****.

depends on what you're into. i prefer screamo when it comes to the weight room and whatnot, and when i'm in the occasional mood for some. i can always manage to find a screamo band that is right for the moment.

sounds gay, but i can. ahahha

I hate my chemical romance, panic at the disco, fall out boy etc. all that ****, despise it

The Devil Wears Prada kicked ***. You kids just have no taste, whatsoever. Anne Hathaway gave a stunning performance and you kids can't even appreciate this?

To be fair, I listened to the entire song.

The guitar work is uninspiring, the drums were... well, they were in time, and the singer has a bad voice. The screams were kinda weak too. Taking into account that I hate the genre, I wouldn't say its the worst I've heard but musically its not good either.

edit: lawl at above me.

I agree with everything you said, but you can actually hear what he is saying when he screams.

Also, they have much better songs. This was just the best I could find on youtube.

I can understand 90% of the vocals in the metal I listen to, and I listen to just about ever genre of metal. Greek is right. I listened to the whole song, and there was nothing original about it. It's the same old **** that every douchebag freshman in high school is listening to.

There is pretty much no original music anymore. Even your Metal stuff is old and unoriginal.

I could also say the same that it sounds like he same old **** that every douchebag freshman is listening to.

That stereotype is clearly wrong, because I am not a freshman, and I don't think you are either.

If you think that metal is what every freshman douchebag listens to, then you have to open your eyes. There are many, MANY original metal bands that are STILL bringing new stuff to the table after years, even after a decade! Watch this, then maybe you'll see my point.
