spyder pilot

i have a spyder pilot that is a little over a year old. i had been running it on c02 until last weekend when i finally bought a air tank. 24 hr. scenario, got taken off like 3 times during that period, went to take it off and the plastic around one of the screws just completely cracked and fell apart and the hose started leaking, should i buy the whole new trigger frame and maybe a hose if needed or should i just duct tape up the asa to the frame until i buy a little bit better of a gun.

the hose was leaking somewhere i couldnt figure out where though because i ran out of air to fast. as for the crack, under the grip its plastic and whre the asa is screwed onto the frame the whole plastic area around the screw just cracked and fell apart, would you like me to try and post pics of it?

If you can. It would help a lot. The only thing that comes to my mind ATM is the plastic grip panels. I can't think of anything associated with the ASA that's plastic.

Umm well i dont think thats the tanks problem if your trigger frame is the thing broken. So if i were you find out where the leak is and fix it or get a tech to fix it for you then call kingmen and see if they can send you a empty frame(no elctronics, trigger ect.) They sent me one when i cracked mine playing speed ball and they usually will send spare parts no problem but if that dosnt work then duct tape all the way

^ The only thing is, duct tape may not be the most sturdy or reliable thing to use. I don't really know what exactly is broken. Duct tape might be fine, but I'd like to make sure.

It'll be rediculously wobbly. Plus it'll just rip off every other time you shoulder the gun. I guarantee you'll get angry. Just look in the BST and see if you can find a part out thread.

Mighty putty lol. put in the nut and screw and shove some mighty putty in there and let it harden...might work. If not then get a frame from B/S/T

^ Remote FTL.

It's not THAT hard to break a Kingman frame. They're alloy. I've seen worse. This was probably just a lemon and it got busted. No biggie. You should call Kingman first and see if there's anything they can do about it. if not, then the $30 guns sound like a decent idea.
