The SLG, we know the electra will be okay with CO2, says it in the ad, so pretty sure he meant the SLG.

Just shot it with Co2 and it shoots fine. The only reason I see not to shoot with Co2 is because of the Regulator. Other than that, the gun itself is Co2 compatible.

Well they're blowbacks so what else could they have? Unless there are blowbacks without them that I've never seen.

I don't get it. Why bother releasing this and the RS? Seems like they are competing with themselves.

That said, the new Electra looks ridiculously good, and Kingman has ALMOST gotten it right. Low pressure out of the box, On-off ASA, industry standard threaded VA, no funky triggers or shrouds, clamping feedneck, and a decent board. If they could get a good halfback job (this is a start!) and return to using standard 45 panels instead of the stupid 3-hole grips, it would be STBB prefection.

that last bit might be kinda hard since the grip has to fit a batt, board and pancake noid.

Eh, I misused that term.
I meant something more like:

Are the grips still going to be really wide because they're using a noid the size of a small country?

I want .45 grips so bad

are the using the old school spyder valve or the newer balance valve?

kinda useless to use the old school valve and keep this thing at high pressure.

^ For those who want to use .45 grips, you should probably know that even the higher end guns don't use .45 grips anymore. Grips are pretty specific to each marker. I might like it if the grips had the same arrangement as the Marqs, or maybe the old PM arrangement (now even the PMs are coming with the UL).

Have you tried it at high ROF's? Is that straight CO2 or A/S'd?

you don't really "expand" co2. you warm it up. I could see the argument that a LPC helps in that regard. But actual gas flow down that tube isn't that great. On the full body spyders, the LPC really incresed the size of the valve chamber. without modifying a compact spyder VA you don't get much benifit from a LPC. Not to say they can't ever do anything.
