Round Robin Schedule will be printed out and given to each team. This is going to run like a tourny so hustle for the air and clean up in between games. If your not playing help.( if your next game get on the field and ref the game ahead of yours.) If we can we will get a loud speaker to call out team names when they are up and on deck

will they be providing a shuttle back and fourth? or will the air station be setup outside due to the high amount of teams going to be there.
def. would be necessary for faster games, if not then i would expect each team to play 4-5games. and slow schedule.

ok guys this post is concerning all teams... im taking this round robin format thing and making it legit as possible... ive copied all the names from that list and put times that fit the scheadual... as of now games start at 1045 for the first game so be their by ten and then 45 minutes to get ready....

simple rules:
- We need someone to bring a timer becasue no game is longer than seven minutes
- Please no cheating, ramping, or other crap that we dont want... this practices goal is to get better as a team..
- Refs need to be assembled which will be provided on the scheadual...


thats it and if anybody has anything else to add feel free....

As far as refs go if your not playing the next game and nothing is wrong with your gun you should really be on the field reffing. You would expect other players to ref for you so you should do the same.

As far as reffing, it's simple.... You don't play unless your team reffed the game before. End of story.

Billings, please bring your clipboard so we can call out teams on deck etc... This way all teams will have a fair chance to get their ish together, ref, and then play.

Definitely no ramping and chrono your guns. Everybody knows that....

if you guys want to ramp, don't set it higher than 13.3. Going to allow this because of GPL adding it into 7 man. I don't care if you like/don't like it, this isn't the place to argue about it so don't start. I'm pretty sure all the teams going will be at GPL should get use to it.

Also as far as air, I'm not 100% sure if we will have it setup by this sunday. Will see what I can do. But next sunday will be ready. If the team captains could send me a pm if your going to be needing paint or if you are bringing. Just helps me know how much teams are going to be using so we have no issues there. Field is the chronic field from HB. If people don't like that I can try and get a crew together Saturday to switch it up, I will go with popular demand here.

i have a full schedule wriiten out and printed for everyone... now theirs one per team so dont loose it their will be a fifteen minute lunch brake so everyone can just chill and get some down time to discuss things... also maybe someone could decide and print out a layout and give it too each team? but anyways i made it so all teams will have other teams reffing them.. some teams reff three times others reff four times throughout the day never stacked on top of eachother... i picked the teams at random... any other questions or concerns?

the field isn't chronic,
its similar but not entirely grided out like the chronic layout missing 6 bunkers and positioning of some bunkers are off.

its all good though, just wanted to state it so ppl don't print out the layout expecting the field to be like that.
