I assume the $300 is for the maxflo reg and the tank. currently direct from SP, a 450 psi output micro maxflo reg with 68/4500 tank is $272.90. im guessing the $27.10 more is for the milling and colors.

I will buy one when I can and $1200-$1500 is not bad for a high end gun

Oh, I didn't realize it was actually so expensive.

Probably because I don't buy directly from the manufacturers...

Good Luck to DLX.$1500 no I wont buy one.

that quick release to remove the internals was all ready done by Pickadoll marker.

IMO at a time when PB industry is struggling to bring in new players and to turn a profit, the last thing ya need is a high end price marker.

and yes the price will drop on these as well as new ones come out the following year.Go check the B/S/T. SL74 price is all ready droping along with the EGO7 and DM7. these Lux Markers will do the same.

Sorry but for me the best value out right now is an upgraded NXT with all the stuff I want on it brand new that inclueds board feed neck and asa for about $800 all tuned up and shooting ropes.

But I do wish DLX in there indever and best of luck to ya,guys just dont price yourselfs out of the market

Ill buy one... You want to pay $800 for a NXT, just say you want to add a $300 maxfo to that.. thats 1100. So for $400 more you get the DLX..

I will post pricing when we have it finalized. The first 100 or so will have the Micro Max flow, so it will be a little more expensive.

Who said I wanted a max flo...I said I get every thing I need and want from an NXT with what I want on it for around $800....I dont need a speaker and 5 diffrent languages. or a quick release removeal of the bolt assmbley(and that has allready been done.i.e the Pickadoll).

Ya know when you look at all this new marker tech.you have to ask yourself is it practical for me at the price there asking.I say for me no it isnt.I will take the extra few minutes to push out my bolt.I think most people that run out and buy the latest tech dont really sit down and look at the new tech versus what they have at the moment. Most of the New MArkers are just shave a gram or two a little new milling add a fancy name and number without any real advantage to last years models.

I know when to replace my batterys I dont need a computer animated voice to tell me when its time.

Magnetic detents are nice I will admit that but there not an "oh wow I just got to have that" item.

I use this as an example:When Virtue comes out with there oled board I will buy that simply because for me its worth it not to have to go through all the colored lights.

I do wish them luck with there new PB Marker I like to see new compeating companys come out with there new products its good for the players and the industry.

The answer to all this complaining seems pretty simple to me...

If you don't want it, don't buy it.

I am sure that there will be a market for this gun, just as there is a market for SL8Rs, DM8s, etc. And as far as the easy out bolt assembly not being original, who cares? All recent paintball guns have evolved from others, so some features are bound to be similar in guns.

I know everyone is worried about the price, but its no different than back in the day when you bought a timmy from Boblong. Its hand pieced together. Everytime. Its also set and regulated by the staff so it really does shoot well out of the box. I also understand what was said about the year to year differece's in most lines of markers. And your right. there was a few years where the changes were drastic. now its minitureization. Americans have been doing it for years. Look at the first computer. it did the work of a calculator. Now you can buy a watch calculator.(obviously a comparison, not that people wear watch calculators anymore.) But you see my point. Yes, for the average player who works a full time job and doesn't have alot of money, this is a large expense. Thats what saving is for, it makes you give a damn about the product you buy. Because you have to work for it. Generation X is so caught up on themselves that you all want instant gratification. Sorry chaps, it just doesn't work like that. Unless your parents are rich, but if thats the case your probibly a gun whore that gets a new marker every 2-3 months. AND THIS IS A GENERALIZATION!!! this is not inteneded to make anyone angry or make them feel butt-hurt. take it or leave it.

And thats fine, but don't compare 800 to 1500 when 1500 is with the maxflo, compare 800 to 1200...

Just wondering... How did you come up with this price model...?
Why should it be $1350 with a $300 tank, when other guns in the same class are $2000 w/o a tank?

lets not forget that only a few will be sold with the max-flo.

The negative backlash about this gun is amazing! If you dont want to pay that for it then dont get one. PB will not be hurt by another high end gun. What is hurting the industry is the bad attitudes of the participants. There will be a lot of these sold to people who have the money to pay it. It is that simple. If they find sales are lagging, then they will adjust the price.
This gun is not for me, but then again maybe that will change with time. It may be something that will grow on me, I dont know, but if it shoots good (and I suspect it will) and it has similar features to the DM or Ego then it has a place in this world.
BTW this whole SP thing is also blown out of proportion. Who cares if they obtained technology from SP? Jeez, give it a rest.
