This smart guy's assumption was right way back in November. I wonder who that guy was? O yea it was me. The links to the US patent and trademark website are expired. I believe some of the patent drawings that are for the luxe are on USPTO.com. I think I posted some on nation under twoguyssports a long time ago.

Seeing how every other gun is released 1year after the trademark is filed, my guess is that this new gun(s) will be released in the spring.

and put "Smart Parts, Inc" in the search term box and change the field box to "owner name and address" then click submit query and you will see all the trademarks that Smart Parts owns.
