how many pods do your mid guys carry
Hey everyone, how many pods do your mid guys carry for three and five man games?

I consider myself Mid in 3-man and I carry 3 if that answers yur question. If I were to play 5-man then i wud carry 4-5

There aren't any mid players in 3 or 5-man. Mid players would generally carry about 7 pods. You heard it here first and everything else is bullsh*t.

yeh, between 5 and 7 pods sound right, but mids are usually reserved for 10 man and sometimes 7 man.

he said sometimes cuz our team doesn't play with mids on 7 or with only 1 mid to relay info from the backs to the fronts. I'm sure we are the only team that does this tho.
in 10 man I play mid with 6 pods on my back and occasionally 1 in my hand or my pocket.

5-6 but i play more front than anything. mids usally carry bout 2-3 more pods than fronts

I carry 7 for everything but front. I usually play mid though. I'd just rather have the paint and not need it than not have it and need it. Its rare that I play back anymore. And when I play front I only take four.

As many as the surface area of your body permits for back.

When I play insert in five man I'm usually carrying six, for seven man I carry eight, and for ten I carry ten.
I'm usually holding one or got one in my pocket.
Gotta love those 4+3/4+5.

I will sometimes play mid and if it is in a five or larger, I will carry 9 pods on the field with me. However, keep in mind that I play back mostly and shoot a hell of a lot of paint reguardless if I am playing mid or back.

Keep in mind that there are variations of the mid position. Some will carry more and some will carry less. It depends on the team, player, field, and opponents. Take a look at Richie Mau for example; he carries about 11 pods per 10-man game and considers himself a mid player (or at least he did when he was with Shock).
Either way, the basic mid position player will generally carry 7 pods.
