I'll vote for Clinton. America's economy can't take 4 more years of GOP spending (not that McCain is a real GOP anyway).

i'm sorry, no disrespect intended, but that is horrible, horrible reasoning to bring about any action in life.
you should vote because you want to
on another note...
i love how people still back the saying you can't complain if you did not vote. yes, yes you can. you absolutely can complain about it. i missed the part where, even if magic phrase land, not voting for a group of people of whom none you support makes it unjust for you to complain about them.
that is just stupid. i need to vote for someone i don't want to win so i can complain about them winning? the logic here astounds me.
edit- writing george washington or your buddy in does not count as voting. i don't care if you technically handed in your ballot.

Wayne Root.
Only thing that scares me is he's not for immediate withdrawal from Iraq.

By kickin that ****in machine to the floor. Than pull out a peice of paper and use the corpse of that robot as a table, write the name of the candidate you wish to be president on that paper and hand it in. There, you have voted!
They might not accept your vote, you might get thrown in jail for distruction of private property, you might be rapped. At least your voice was heard,
but now all they hear is your crys of freedom while your cell mate beats your guts. The biggest problem is your thought of some big entity ****in you in the *** before you went and kicked over that machine!

Yes I do. History has shown the trend of GOP spending. Notice this chart from the CBO only goes to 2006. Make George Bushes last red line twice as long and you will see where we are today. That is why our country is in recession again.

Wow, I never have really heard about this guy, but from what I'm reading it all seems really good, I am normally a Ron Paul supporter but with him out this guy seems to be extremely good and I need to look into him more.

Don't believe everything you see or read on a liberal bumper sticker website.....
If you find some official numbers backing that up, then I'd believe that graph.

I've noticed you have been in ST politics for quite some time. I however keep up with politics via the news and web as well. It's surprises me that someone who frequents a politics thread so often doesn't keep up with the U.S. Economy enough to know a bogus chart from the real thing.
Here are the exact same numbers (I just checked every single number on the chart) from the Congressional Budget Office. That chart is on the money. Click on the link that says PDF in case you can't find it.

Thats what I was talking about. If you've been on ST/P for a while, you know the amount of bogus material posted. I don't believe anyone knows if a chart is bogus just by looking at it. I'm also not going to spend my time looking for citations to back up what someone else posts. I have a newborn and its kinda hard to spend mor than 5 minutes on the net at a time.
