We don't have to write in anyone, I think the libertarian party, the 3rd largest party in the country, embodies most of the views of small government you guys have.

Like AP said above, you lose your right to complain about the administration if you don't vote. And while I personally find it sort of silly, voting for a write-in demonstrates that you take an interest in your government, as opposed to not - and being an apathetic douche.

Writing in paul. I can't in good conscience vote for any of the others. I'm ok with obama winning, but my vote goes to the person I see as most fit to be president. Not to who "I think will win". That's a bull**** way to play politics.

Going to the polls isn't fun anymore.

Back in the old days if you didn't like a candidate you could at least scribble some such nonesense on your ticket or fill in bubbles to spell out a name. Now a'days I use some lame electronic machine which I'm sure still construes my votes...but not necesarily in the way I intended...

Everyone unhappy about Ron Paul not being on the ballot, I highly suggest you look to see if there are any Ron Paul republicans running in your district. (and voting libertarian or constitution)

Wayne Root (front runner for the Libertarian Party) embodies most of Ron Paul's views:

I've been seeing more of these types pop up more often, or so it seems. I don't know if it's because I notice them now, or because they see a new market/platform to get elected on, or because they are actually as inspired as ron paul is to do what is right.

I still have to register, and I'm still trying to decide between voting for Obama, who has a good chance of winning and is in my opinion the best out of the big three and Ron Paul.

I'll vote, because I feel like if I don't vote, I'm wasting all the years women fought for the right to vote. I'm a big fan of exercising my rights as a citizen. That said, I really have no idea who I'll be voting for, but every vote that isn't for Hillary is a-ok in my book

This is true. I'm not a huge fan of McCain or Obama, but I absolutely am against Hillary. If it comes down to Clinton vs. McCain, I'm torn. Should I vote for McCain, who I don't personally support but would prefer over Clinton, or write someone in?

write someone in. Don't waste your vote voting for someone you don't fully support.

I've never fully supported any candidate. If you do, you're probably a tool.
