ULTIMATE FIRE FIGHT

Open Paintball Event

Game Date: June 7th, 2008

Game Time: 1100hrs - 2000hrs

Registration: 0700hrs
-Pre-registration: $40.00 per person (will end on May 17th) Visit: www.windberfire.org
-Gate registration: Gate to open at 0600hrs, $50.00 per person
-Limited to 1000 players
-Players will be divided into 4 teams. Groups are welcome
-Players will be able to walk the course before the start of the game
-Coordinates for the main registration are: - N 40o 10'.5 - W 78o 59'.37

Age Requirements:
-All contestants must be 15 years of age or older to participate. Proof of age will be required.

All Day Air Passes:
-An all day air pass will be available for $10.00. Only 2 bottles per contestant (HPA & CO2)

Food:
-Food, Beverages and Snacks.
-Drugs and Alcohol will be prohibited at all times.

Paint:
-Personal paint is preferred.
-Paint will be available for purchase the day of the game (not all paint brands available).

Weapons:
-Rentals available; Guns, masks, and air cylinders (limited supply).
-Guns will be speed checked before the start of game. All guns must shoot <295fps three (3) times before they will be allowed for play.
-Any special weapons must be pre-approved before the start of the game. Any contestant with a weapon that has not been pre-approved will be ejected from the game with no refund.

ERAGON: Legacy of the Dragon - Three Rivers Paintball, Freedom, PA

When : April 26th, 2008

THE STORY:

Dragon Riders once maintained peaceful rule over the lands of Alagaesia until one Dragon Rider, known as Galbatorix, was driven insane by the death of his dragon. He led a rebellion that crushed the other Riders and brought an end to law and order after which he declared himself King. During one of his crusades, King Galbatorix captured a dragon egg which he has hidden away as his own.

After the slaughter of the last Dragon Rider, bands of elves, dwarves, and humans managed to escape deep into the Beor Mountains to form a strong faction of resistance fighters known as the Varden. The Varden remain hidden in their stronghold gathering enough might, resources, and allies to mount an attack on King Galbatorix and his evil minions. Arya, an elven princess, and ally of the Varden, steals King's egg with intentions of delivering new hope and strength to the Resistance. She successfully escapes and the paintball quests begin…

Will you join the Varden Resistance in an attempt restore peace in Alagaesia? Or will you join King Galbatorix's evil minions to destroy the Varden and continue to spread chaos throughout the realm? You're invited to join in the fun where paintball meets fantasy adventure - Mission Masters style!

VARDEN: Freedom Fighters, Resistance, elves, dwarves, and humans who fled into the mountains to escape Galbatorix and his evil minions.

URGALS: Tribal barbaric warriors and evil minions of King Galbotorix. The Urgals are magically forced to fight against their will.

TIME: Gates Open at 7:30AM, Brief at 8:00, Game on 8:30-5:30.

BACKGROUND STORY:

How much can change in 15 generations of isolation has been shown by the discovery of the Lost Colony of New Haven. Reports have arrived on Centari of the discovery of the Colony by Nedge traders on a survey mission. The disappearence of the New Haven Colonists have been an unsolved mystery since they left Shankle 300 years ago.

The story began with a group of Amish settlers who were attempting to create a Paradise of their own making. A world of simple machines and an agrarian lifestyle. What they went through was far closer to Hell than it was to Heaven. The 534 Colonists departed Shankle on the Shiva II, a ship chartered from Dreamstar Lines, a reputable Intergalactic carrier. This was the last the Shiva II was seen or heard from.

The recent communication from the Nedge ship has reported that the Shiva II crashed upon landing and was completely destroyed. The 297 survivors were not daunted by the prospect of the struggle to create a new world, but rather saw this as God's plan to provide them a perfect world in total isolation.
It was not a perfect world. The Colonists has landed on a world that did not want them. Populated with plants that tried to eat them, violent storms, and an indigenous race of Lizard like warriors, the Colonist had to learn to fight to survive. They learned very well too.

Today, the dominate species on New Haven is the Armish, as they call themselves. This group has grown to number in the tens of thousands and has virtually wiped out the native warrior culture. They had to adopt the violent methods of the natives, but have retained the appearance of the breatheren they left behind.

The Nedge have transmitted a claim on the planet of New Haven, as the Armish never filed any claim on the world they came to inhabit. The last report from the Nedge ship stated that a large group of Armish had gathered with lit torches around their ship and they were inviting the crew to join them for dinner.

More information is to come when the channel is re-opened with the Nedge vessel.

WHAT IS WAR PLANET?
War Planet is a scenario series being hosted by WannaPlay Paintball in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. Each scenario event is designed to represent a specific conflict fought in the far future on the fictitious War Planet. Its 2010, tension between the United States and militant groups has been growing at an alarming pace. Attacks on US allies have weakened the resolve of most of the world. The world wide media has turned against the United States and the world is beginning to take sides towards another world war. Leaders of nations have been outspoken about their distaste for the US and have urged others to action.

Deep inside the Jungle of Venezuela a plan is being put in to action for a large scale attack on the United States. NSA intercepts have pointed to an attack that would make the tragic events of September 11, 2001 pale by comparison. President McCain has decided to send in an elite unit of the Army's Delta Squad to crush the plot before it gets underway.
