Pump
I recently purchased a Spyder Xtra 06. What do I need to make it into a pump? How do I do this?

pretty much that, but the design of the pump arm is up to you.

its striker resets itself. You move the bolt manually. This way the striker is still semi-auto. It bothers me too. I don't consider that true pump although it technically is.

to eliminate blowback, get at T1 valve pin (ive seen them on ebay) because they're completely rounded and dont have the slot on top like the stock ones.

semi-major edit:
i dont think it'll work. i cant find the other pump conversion thread i was looking for because it went into detail on the valve pin and the slotting. in the link i posted, he slotted his striker AND made a new valve pin, so the striker stays forward until he pumps the bolt back, causing the striker to recock at the same time. then he can pump forward, pull the trigger (when the striker would slide forward along the slot), and recock the entire thing, since the new pin won't allow the striker to recock by itself. in the link you posted, he didnt change valve pins, so his striker automatically recocks, but the bolt has to recock seperately, which, as was mentioned earlier, isnt a true pump. i guess if you made your pump like the guy in your link, but slotted the striker, it would work exactly the same way as cutting the bolt/striker connector pin, but with less cutting involved.

Or put JB Weld on the valve pin and shape it so it's perfectly round. Won't be quite as good though.

or, as the guy in my link did, use the end of a rifle cleaning rod and thread the cupseal onto the threads that are already there! just make sure the rod is the same diameter as your stock pin!
