Brass eagle, crossman, I've tried them all. I have the c02 lever just where it'll pierce the 12 grams, and not leak. But the 12 gram always gets stuck. ideas?
check to see if the ejector spring is missing (the spring inside the punture pin assembly) I've had one drop out before, and I had to jimmy rig a new spring in it's place.

I have the same problem - the co2 canister seems to freeze to the oring. The only way I've found to make it come out easier is to fire ALL of the co2. Manually recock it like 20 times and fire. Sometimes I have to wait for it to thaw out a bit, too. Completely impractical in-game, though.
I would call Paintball Solutions and order a New valve face and some extra valve face orings. Also using paintball greas works better than oil on the valve face oring, as it stays in place longer.
