The objects of this Organization are:
To promote, organize and protect the professional and athletic interests of all paintball players, organization members for the betterment of sport of local and national professional paintball.
To represent players and teams for the purpose of negotiating, enforcing and administering collective bargaining agreements.
To promote fair dealing and to cultivate, establish and maintain cordial relations, unity of action and understanding among all paintballers and to adjust, arbitrate, settle or otherwise resolve disputes relating to the sport of paintball. To promote and cultivate fair dealings, cordial relations and understanding between this Organization, its members and other professional players and organizations, groups or individuals with whom they have mutual aims or interests or with whom they work or have business or professional dealings.
To create, train, support and field Competitive Teams for the sport of Paintball across local and national sporting tournaments who volunteer to represent the Organization.
To participate actively in local paintball scene and local business efforts to further the economics of paintball for the greater good of the sport and for paintball enthusiast.
To cooperate where necessary or desirable with other groups or organizations having objectives or interests in common with the Organization which may include entering into affiliation agreements.
To protect the rights and property of the Organization and its members. To do any and all things necessary, desirable or proper to promote the welfare and interests of the Organization, its members and to carry into effect or to further any of the purposes of the Organization.
in short we're trying to establish a network of teams across the country to form the first actual organization for paintball that is not industry backed to benifit players, we started in Tucson and we're moving outward
