As a side business I buy electronics, such as these touches, in bulk and then distribute them locally. Recently I was thinking, "why not bring them to the nation?" So here they are. iPod Touches at wholesale prices.

No, they are replacement models. For example, if you have a damaged unit and you return yours to the apple store, then you will most likely receive one of these units. Thats why they are all in flawless condition.

If the units apple uses to replace its warranted items are refurbished, then yes.

They come with headphones and the USB cable. The software is already installed on the touch and any additional software you might need can be found at www.apple.com.
